01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the pklack platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of pklack, including registered players, visitors, and anyone who interacts with the pklack platform. If you are using pklack on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms.

02 Eligibility

To use pklack, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. pklack does not permit underage players to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a pklack employee or contractor.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pklack for any reason.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of a third party.

pklack reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you cannot provide satisfactory proof, pklack may suspend or close your account and withhold any funds pending investigation.

03 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one pklack account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering on pklack, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and Conditions.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pklack login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person or allow anyone else to access your pklack account.
• You must notify pklack support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• pklack will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

pklack reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

04 Deposits and Payments

pklack accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only supported payment methods on pklack. Deposits made through unsupported channels will not be credited to your account and pklack cannot be held responsible for funds sent through unauthorised methods.

• The minimum deposit on pklack is ৳50.
• Deposits are credited to your pklack wallet instantly in most cases. Delays may occur due to issues with the payment provider.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pklack does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• pklack does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

pklack reserves the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. This is part of pklack's commitment to preventing money laundering and financial fraud on the platform.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your pklack account are processed back to the same payment method used for your deposit. pklack does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

• The minimum withdrawal amount on pklack is ৳100.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
• pklack may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if pklack has reason to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on pklack — including Color Prediction, Bingo Fishing, Dragon Hatch, Andar Bahar, Crash Bonus, Triple, and Honor of Zuma — operate using provably fair cryptographic algorithms. Game results are determined before the betting window closes and cannot be altered by pklack or any other party after bets are placed.

Each game on pklack has its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of each game before placing a bet. pklack is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

• Bets placed on pklack are final once the betting window closes. pklack does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed.
• In the event of a technical fault that affects a game round, pklack reserves the right to void the affected round and refund all bets placed in that round.
• The minimum bet on pklack is ৳20.
• pklack publishes its payout rates for all games. These rates represent the expected return to player over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual results.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

pklack may offer bonuses, promotions, and special offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your pklack account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion terms.
• pklack reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Only one bonus may be active on a pklack account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

08 Responsible Gaming

pklack is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all pklack account holders at any time.

• Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your pklack account. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases take 24 hours to take effect.
• Session limits: You can set a maximum session duration after which pklack will automatically log you out.
• Self-exclusion: You can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from pklack. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications from pklack.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pklack and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Registering more than one pklack account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with pklack games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in pklack's platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using pklack for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the pklack platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pklack staff or other players.
• Accessing pklack from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

pklack monitors all account activity for signs of prohibited conduct. If prohibited conduct is detected, pklack reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

pklack reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for account action include, but are not limited to, breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity.

• If your pklack account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to access your funds during the suspension period.
• If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
• If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary closure — your remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month after a 30-day notice period.

You may close your pklack account at any time by contacting pklack support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

11 Privacy and Data

pklack collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using pklack, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pklack will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely for the purposes of operating your pklack account, processing payments, verifying your identity, and complying with legal obligations.

12 Limitation of Liability

pklack provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While pklack makes every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, pklack does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

• pklack is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to payment services beyond pklack's reasonable control.
• pklack is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand game rules or these Terms and Conditions.
• pklack's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits pklack's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Changes to These Terms

pklack may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, pklack will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, pklack will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of pklack after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using pklack and may request account closure.
